" I’m very happy to give Mr. James Cottrell the best review I can. Due to ‘special & stressful circumstances’ I have doubts that even 1 in 100 realtors would have ‘stuck-it-out’ with me. This sale was difficult. Yet from the beginning contract to the finishing signatures, more than a year later, James was always happy to explain anything I needed help with; everything was explained and transparent. This property was in a Trust and nearly in foreclosure - (renters not paying rent) James was so very knowledgeable and patient with the many ‘issues’ or seeming roadblocks preventing the sale.
